First mission: Summary preliminary project:

The purpose of the preliminary design studies (APS) is:

• Define the functional program and the relationships between spaces;

• Specify the general composition in terms of plan and volume;

• Define the location of the project in the land as well as the orientation of the spaces;

• Establish a provisional estimate of the provisional cost of the work.

Second mission: Detailed preliminary design:

The purpose of the detailed preliminary design studies (APD) is to:

• Define the exterior aspect of the project and the exterior layout of the land;

• To determine the detailed surfaces of the elements of the project;

• Define construction principles and construction materials

Third mission: Execution file:

The execution file is done in coordination with the various stakeholders (Civil Engineer, Fluid Engineer, Electricity) and it includes all the details necessary for the construction of the project.
